As an artist, having your own website feels a bit like launching
a visual autobiography out into cyberspace where it may be seen
by people who didn't even know you existed. If you are an optimist
the viewing figures might even be in the millions! It is not unlike
the creative process itself which often results in something quite
unexpected and, hopefully, worth the effort.
This
website contains images of paintings and prints, a socially controversial
mixed media collage project and details about workshops designed
to help people find and develop their own creative processes, as
I continue to find and develop mine.
The
publication comes to you electronically through the ether, but it
still seems appropriate to offer a statement of dedication and thanks
in the traditional hard copy way to family, friends, colleagues
and workshop participants who have contributed so much to my own
creative journey.
